When connecting to the GlobalProtect VPN, please ensure you are using the TunnelAll Gateway. Instructions on use of the GlobalProtect VPN with UMDashboards can be found here. We have also created a redirect that will automatically send you to those instructions if you are not connected to the VPN when you attempt to access UMDashboards.
